Quadrathon 2007 by BECU
Feeling in shape? The Quadrathon on Sunday July 29th includes a 150-yard swim, five-mile bike ride, three-mile run, and one-mile paddle-boat race. Entry fee is $15 per person with registration at 9 a.m. at the city beach and the event beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Each team needs to provide a bike and bike helmet, life jackets, oars and a human-powered, non-fixed oar watercraft (surfboard, canoe, kayak, etc.) Awards are given in individual and team categories.
