Rain Gutter Regatta
Cub Scout Pack 43, chartered by the Lake Stevens Lions is held annually at Aquafest.

This event takes place on Saturday during Aquafest by the public boat launch.  Look for more details coming soon.

The scouts have built their own regatta boats to race in 10-foot water-filled rain gutters. The boats are human wind-powered: the scout who blows his boat to the end first wins.
