The Magic of Brian Ledbetter and his Dazaling Deceptions
Brian Ledbetter's interest in magic was sparked at only three years old! He watched the Wizard of Oz, and everything about this classic film seemed magical to him - witches melting into the floor, flying monkeys, and dancing scarecrows! He got his start in showbiz by working in the theatre. He was cast in his first role at only 8 years old, and over the next decade, was in nearly two dozen plays, and is credited with several lead and title roles. At only 12 years old, he began performing professionally at birthday parties. Most of his audiences weren't much younger than he was! At only 17 years old, the Society of American Magicians, one of the largest magic organizations in the world, named him "Star of Tomorrow." His act has grown and developed over the years and can be seen regularly at fairs, casinos, corporate events, theme parks, and in theatres all over the country.

Movies in the Park!

The Jim Basnight Band

Jim Basnight currently performs with his four-piece band and solo, or duo with multi-instrumentalist Mikel Rollins (sax/flute/harmonica/percussion) all around the NW in WA, OR, MT, WY, UT and ID, with occasional trips to New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Memphis, Atlanta, Cleveland and the San Francisco Bay Area. Jim has been working with the Jim Basnight Band at a pace of between 150-200 dates per year since 1996. Prior to that he fronted and composed with the Meyce (1975-77), the Moberlys (1978-89) and the Rockinghams (1993-97). Basnight released seven full length unique CD's, primarily comprised of his compositions.

Banshee featuring Lynn Sorensen (former bassist for Bad Company)

Banshee is a 4-piece classic rock band with Lynn Sorensen on bass and vocals. Lynn Sorensen has been the bassist for Bad Company. After a 10-year hiatus, the three surviving original members, Paul Rodgers, Mick Ralphs and Simon Kirke reunited along with Lynn on bass and Howard Leese on guitar, performed at Miami's Hardrock Arena on 08/08/08. Lynn toured with Bad Company in 2009 and 2010 with dates in the US, UK, Canada and Japan. On July 28, 2011, a DVD of Bad Company's Wembley Arena performance with Lynn on bass went on sale worldwide. Currently in the Seattle area, you can see Lynn with Spike and the Impalers (with former morning show hosts Bob Rivers and Spike O'Neill). Lynn is also band leader, bassist, lead vocalist and electric violinist of the Seattle club band Magic Bus and many other West Coast bands

Chance McKinney

At 6’6” he’s not only heads and shoulders above his classroom of kids, but this self-taught singer/writer/picker is tertainers throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. The “Math Teacher by day, Country Entertainer by night” isn’t a tale often told in media circles. How do you go from a week on tour with Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan or Dierks Bentley to teaching trigonometry and pre-calculus? There’s only one guy who would know the answer to that question. Chance is the epitome of a country song… struggling to make a dream come true while raising a family and working to pay the bills. This West Coast underdog is out to prove country isn’t only a “Nashville thang.” Chance was the winner of CMT’s Music City Madness contest. Voters nationwide propel Chance McKinney and his self-penned song “Be Real” to victory with over ONE MILLION VOTES in the final round alone! Since his Music City Madness win, who hasn’t he opened for? Multiple dates with: Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley and Dwight Yoakam. Other dates with: Alan Jackson, Kenny Rogers, Jamie O’Neal, Grand Funk Railroad, Pat Green, CCR, .38 Special, Lynyrd Skynyrd, John Rich, Sebastian Bach, Gloriana, David Nail, Sunny Sweeney, Eden’s Edge, Steve Azar, Phil Vassar and Little Big Town. “Chance has the ability to reach out and touch whoever is around him. I’ve watched him do it with his students, his peers, and his audiences. You can’t help but to cheer him on, because you know this guy IS real…and he’s going places.” Brian Calvert, KOMOABC, Seattle

Chance McKinney will perform before the Aquafest Fireworks Show at dusk
